What Is Coaching?

Have you reached a point in your life in which you need support with achieving goals you haven’t been able to reach on your own? Have a vision for a better life, but realizing you may be getting in your own way? Coaching may be just what you need. Rather than focusing on the past or healing a current wound, coaching can help you get from where you are to where you want to be. As a coach, I don’t decide what needs to change or how to change, instead you as the client are the expert in your own life. As a coach, I am there to partner with you to help you keep moving in the right direction.

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more.
